Suspending your account
Suspending your account means a request initiated by you to ban access to certain games. Suspending your account will result in termination of access to your account and a block placed on your account so that, if detected by our servers, access to games will be denied. Suspending your account is not “foolproof,” and we make no guarantee that it is. However, we will take reasonable efforts to honor a valid request to suspend your account.
To request suspension of your account, please send an email to privacy@luckyjackpotcasino.com containing the user ID for the app you wish to be excluded from.
What is the process for supsending your account?
- You must request the suspension by sending an email as outlined above
- You may only complete a suspension request for your own account.
- You may not request suspension for another player.
- Once LuckyJackpotCasino.com has verified the request, you will receive a verification email to the address that LuckyJackpotCasino.com determines is valid for your account (“Verification Email”).
- In the event LuckyJackpotCasino.com cannot successfully verify your request, in its sole discretion, LuckyJackpotCasino.com may ask you additional questions for verification purposes and for the security of your account.
- In the event that LuckyJackpotCasino.com cannot successfully verify your request, in its sole discretion, the request will not be completed.
- If you have played a game or app and we cannot identify you (eg: if you played as a guest) LuckyJackpotCasino.com may not be able to verify or identify you. Therefore, LuckyJackpotCasino.com will make reasonable efforts to suspend your account. However, LuckyJackpotCasino.com may also not be able to complete such a request. Note, that if you are playing as a guest and we cannot locate a LuckyJackpotCasino.com account associated with the email address you provide to start the suspension process, an account may be opened for such email address. The account created will be blocked from logging into all eligible games, and you will not be able to log in to any eligible game using the email address you provided. LuckyJackpotCasino.com may use any information we have about you in order to process your suspension request, including your personal details, account information and Device ID.
